I will have some really interesting drip coffee for free for sure.

We will go over:

  • coffee as a crop, regions and processing methods.

  • the supply chain, mass produced vs small specialty cafes.

  • buying coffee

  • storing coffee

  • grinding coffee

  • brew methods (pot coffee, french press, cold brew, pour over)

  • dialing in the time - temp - ratio

  • adding milk, sugar, acid, or salt

  • maintaining your equipment
