Almost everything can be hot cold or decaf. We’ve got plenty of gluten free and vegan options, we don’t use corn syrup in anything, and make a lot in house like our oat milk. Don’t be afraid to ask if you have questions or want something unique.

We primarily use coffee from Valor, based in Atlanta GA. We source tea directly via Hugo Tea Co. out of Kansas City, MO. Both are uniquely amazing for the price point, and served with love because we care.

Our baked goods change every 1-2 weeks and are made locally by @spoonfulbakeryjax. We always have a vegan and GF option.

Our Empanadas are finished in the oven here, but made by @empanadaladyjax

Our cereal is made as a granola in house, and can be taken dry to go in a 16/32oz mason jar, or had here with milk / mylk / yogurt.
